Chakras are the natural energy centers of universal and spiritual power in the human body. Chakras are responsible for distributing universal life energy, which is also known as Qi or Prana. Although we have a number of different chakras, there are seven main chakras in our energy system. The seven main chakras are the Crown chakra, Third Eye chakra, Throat chakra, Heart chakra, Solar Plexus chakra, Sacral chakra and Root chakra. Each chakra is associated with a certain color, different parts of our human body, and other aspects of our emotional, mental, and physical bodies.
