Orders & Shipping

• Online orders always come with one free mystery gift.
  

• Orders are processed and shipped within 1-4 business days after an order has been placed and the payment has been processed. 
  

• We currently ship to the United States and Canada, however international orders are always available upon request. 

• Bulk, wholesale, and custom orders are always available upon request.

Returns & Refunds

• We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on Tarot Readings or Reiki Healings. 

• We  generally do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for any of our online product orders.

  (However if there is a problem with your order please contact us and we will be happy to accommodate you.)

Customs and Import taxes 

(Canada or International Shipping)

• Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply once an order has left the U.S.

• We are not responsible for any delays in shipping due to customs.
